CONSEQUENCES OF INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

Depending on the severity of the infraction, a delegate who has engaged in inappropriate behavior will either be talked to in a breakout room or dismissed from the conference. If a delegate who has violated the code of conduct is part of a delegation group, the faculty advisor will be informed of the incident and the steps being taken to address it. Delegates who are found to have plagiarised will receive an email if the incident occurs pre-conference (in a position paper) and will be taken to a breakout room if the incident occurs during the conference (in resolutions or other submitted material). Delegates who plagiarise are ineligible for all awards.
